How Do I Create A Facebook Fan Page for my Ministry?

To create a page, navigate to the HYPERLINK "http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php"
Follow the prompts as Facebook outlines them for you.

The page options have changed. "Band, product, or organization" is no longer an option. Is there any difference in the way these pages function or is it just a way to categorize? What is the best option for our church page?

You're best bet is to refer to Facebook for information on how to create a page for your church or ministry. We simply add these as a way to get you started and don't always monitor all of the developments/changes that Facebook makes. I would just go to this link and follow the steps that Facebook outlines for you.
