Our cancellation and refund policy is determined by our Terms and Conditions, located HERE.
Cancellation notices with effective date must be received with time to respond and confirm your request. Should you wish to cancel but need time to migrate your content, send a request with a tentative date so we can reach out and confirm with you as that date approaches. If you are ready sooner than you anticipated, you are able to cancel at any time by responding to the original request and giving an updated firm date. As long as this happens before you're billed again on the first day of the month, you won't be charged for services.
Once services are charged on the first day of the month, they are non-refundable or pro-rated. If you notice the account is still active after you receive your invoice notification and you intended to cancel, communicate a cancellation request as noted above with a date effective immediately and it will be processed as soon as possible, taking your site offline. If you've already moved to another provider then there's no further action needed at that point.
As our Terms and Conditions state, all payments to iMinistries are non-refundable.
