When you first sign up, the Site Administration page will look like what you see below. More options will appear here, as well as in the Site Preferences area, if and when you enable them.
Content ControlsContent Administration
Add Ads, Headers, Folders, Documents and Blank Pages that you fill in. If you have enabled Ministries from within Site Features, each ministry will have their own content administration.
Event and News Administrations
Add your News and Events. If you have enabled Ministries from Site Features, each ministry will have their ownNews and Events areas.
Create and edit Newsletters on your site. Customers can subscribe to newsletters that you create.
Add, modify, and delete staff members of your organization. Add their photo along with a bio to help familiarize your community with those who work for you. Click here to learn more about Staff Administration.
This tool allows you to interactively build your site while displaying your site map. As you make changes to the site map, your changes are immediately reflected throughout the site.
From within this tool, you can add, update, remove, and rearrange the pages of your site by dragging and clicking.
Activate or deactivate features on your site. There are many options that aren't automatically turned on. Activate any of these features when you see fit.
As you activate different features, there will be new options that become available to you in both the Site Administration and Site Preferences area.
The Site Minder area helps content managers view areas that need their attention. From publishing Submitted news and events to bandwidth and storage allocation charts.
From within this management console, you can change the look and feel of your site, enable multiple location support, enter merchant account information, set small group preferences, and many other miscellaneous items.
Equips you with knowledge of your site's traffic. You can easily learn when and how many people check your site for updates.
Grant people certain rights to your site. For example you may only want certain people viewing prayer requests or editing events.
Allows you to grant groups of users privileges on your website. For instance, you might want to provide a way for your worship team to access mp3s or sheet music on your website, but you don't want the public to be able to see them because of legal concerns.
Allows you to find out more about the registered users of your site. To get the most value out of our system, encourage your viewers to create an account. This gives them their own tailored space on your site with information that they have signed up to receive.
