The Group Manager allows you to view and maintain all of the information that belongs to your group. Each area has a tab to denote each area. They are as follows.
This tab of the group manager page gives you an at-a-glance view of the group's detailed information. On this tab is the group name, a link to the parent group, and an indication of whether or not the group has a weekly meeting and the meeting time if applicable.
Also on this page are all of the selected group descriptors.
Click the Edit Group link to edit the items found on this tab. You will be directed to the Group Editor.
This contains the group news articles. Use this tab to add news items for your members to view.
Click the article title to edit an existing article. This will direct you to the article editor. Items will not appear until their designated post date and will automatically be removed on their designated expiration date. This date may be left blank for items that will never expire. In order to keep the news "fresh" we recommend that all articles be given meaningful expiration dates.
Importance controls the display order of articles. Items of highest importance are displayed first. Most items should be ranked "normal" importance. Within the importance levels, items are ranked by their post date. Items with the earliest post date will be ranked at the top of their importance.
Click the New Article link to create a new article. This will direct you to the article editor.
The members tab contains a listing of all of your group members. You can add or delete group members as well as send invitations for members to join.
The table displayed shows the following information:

If, for some reason, the user has lost this passcode, you may resend the invitation or simply communicate this passcode to them.|
|Joined||This indicates whether or not the user has joined the online group.|
|Contributor||This indicates whether or not the user is allowed to contribute to the management of the online group.|
