Adding items to the main menu on your site is done using Site Builder.
To access Site Builder you will go to Administration > Site Controls > Site Builder
Site builder has three main sections to it.
- On the left is the menu tree. This is an exact representation of the main navigation items on your site. Items nested within items will serve as fly-outs in your menu. Each of the items can be moved around simply by clicking and dragging it to the desired location.
- On the top right is the Add Feature drop-down. When you add a feature to the menu, you are adding something that iMinistries has created. It's a system related item. For instance, if you add the Event feature, if you've added events to your site, when you go to that page it will be populated with those events automatically. You can select the feature you want, hit add, and it will place it in the tree structure on the left.
- Below the Add Feature drop-down is the Add Existing Item section. Existing items are pieces of content that you have created. The top drop down simply allows you to sort by the type of content you are wanting to add. Once you select the correct item in the top drop-down, the one below it will only show those types of content. Select an item from the bottom menu and click add. It will have placed the item in the tree on the left.
Below is a video that outlines the process of creating a page, then adding it to the main menu via Site Builder.
